Free Welcome Pack

On your arrival at your holiday home, you will be greeted with a ‘Welcome Pack’ including eggs, tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, cookies, soda, dishwasher and washing tablets, to help you settle straight into your dream Florida family home, and enjoy the Florida sunshine by the swimming pool.

Complimentary bottle of wine or beers.

Welcome to our Florida family home card containing the free phone number of our Management Company (OPS.etc).

An ‘Information Folder’, which will contain Emergency telephone numbers, including the 24 hour free phone number of our Management Company, rubbish collection days, restaurants with special discounts for OPS.etc renters, local suppliers, nearest shops, post offices and banks, a map of the Orlando and Florida areas, quickest routes to all the ‘Theme Parks’, plan of Disney World, tips and helpful advice, and recommended central Florida Golf Courses including Highlands Reserve and all of Disney golf courses together with scorecards.

A member of our Management Company (OPS.etc) will meet and greet you as you arrive at our villa.  If arriving in the evening, then all the external and internal lights will be turned on. You will then be shown around the villa by a member of the Management Company who will explain how to operate the patio doors, blinds, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, televisions, cooker etc.

Airport ‘Meet and Greet’

Before you arrive at your holiday home you will have received clear and precise instructions on how to get to our villa, together with a map showing the best route from your arrival airport.

However if you are worried about driving in Florida for the first time, or simply don’t want the hassle and stress of having to deal with your car rental on your own, or you don’t want to drive in strange surroundings as soon as you arrive, this service is for you.

After having endured long plane flights, and standing in the long queue at Immigration, you grab your luggage off the carousel, the kids are restless and tired, eventually you get on the crowed Car Rental buses, you get there to find long lines, you can’t get into the air-conditioned office, you wait an hour to get your car, it’s now getting dark and the kids are getting into an even worse state ……….

Now it’s time to read that map and find your holiday home, maybe you haven’t driven in Florida before, it’s the wrong side of the road, have you got US dollars for the toll roads, you then maybe get lost trying to find the villa, even though the map you have is very clear …….

Why have all that stress and worry before your holiday even begins !!!!

Our Management Company can offer you 2 choices : -

1) A member of our Management Company will ‘Meet and Greet’ you at the airport and take you to your car hire company.  They will help you get your car whilst your family stay in their air-conditioned vehicle.  Once you have your rental car, you will follow them to our villa.

2) A member of our Management Company will ‘Meet and Greet’ you at the airport and transport you to our villa.  The following morning when you are well rested and whilst the rest of the family is enjoying the Florida sunshine around the pool/Jacuzzi area etc, they will transport you to collect your car from the rental company.

It’s as easy and as stress free as that !!!!
