As guests to our villa, we can provide you with a direct contact telephone number and password to a recognised UK travel company, who will provide you with the best flight and car hire rates available if required.

Attraction Tickets

Our Management Company can supply discounted tickets to all the main ‘Theme Parks’, e.g. Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Disney’s MGM studios, Disney’s Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s water parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, and for all the major shows and other attractions.

And no you don’t have to sit through a time share presentation.

You can either order them before you arrive, which is the cheapest option, or you can decide during your welcome meeting with our Management Company.

Tickets will be delivered right to your door at a mutually convenient time.

It saves having to wait in long lines at the ‘Theme Parks’.

Golf Discounts

A number of the Management Company team are keen golfers with handicaps of 15 – 18, so they know the best courses to play.

The Management Company can offer special discounts at most of the local courses in Central Florida.

They can also tailor any golf programme or golf day to suit all handicaps and budgets.

There are an abundance of great courses within the area.

Samples of the recommended courses are : -

Highlands Reserve - Southern Dunes - Championship Gate – Legends – Ridgewood –Lakes – Celebration - Falcons Fire - Orange County - Mystic Dunes - Cypress Woods - Stoneybrook West - Disney’s Eagle Pines - Disney’s Osprey Ridge - Disney’s Magnolia - Disney’s Palm – Diamondback - Hawks Landing.

Use of the Jacuzzi

The Jacuzzi can only operate in conjunction with the pool heating.

Pool heating and Use of the Jacuzzi : - £100 per week.

Weddings, Birthdays and Special Occasions

For that special occasion whilst on holiday, whether it is a wedding, birthday, or anniversary etc, our Management Company can supply : - flowers, cakes, balloons, champagne etc.

All that they will need to know is the date and what you require, and leave the rest to them.

Prices for the Optional Services

Cot rental : - £3-50 per day, £20 per week ($4 per day or $25 per week paid locally).

Highchair rental: - £3-50 per day, £20 per week ($4 per day, $25 per week paid locally).

Minimum rental period three days.
